Meet the Physician Assistant
Matthew Chouinard, PA-C
Matthew is a skilled Physician Assistant with impressive experience and education. He earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from University of New England and his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Bryant University. He is a member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (SPAO-HNS), a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), and has certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Matthew previously worked as a High School Athletic Trainer for three years at Freeport High School in Maine and then as a Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant at an Urgent Care in upstate New York. He always enjoyed healthcare as a career path as it allowed him to help others and educate people on preventative medicine. In ENT, he is able to pursue this passion with a variety of different conditions, helping both adults and pediatric patients.
Matthew enjoys playing sports (ultimate frisbee, basketball, and volleyball), watching movies, and going to the beach in the summer.
