Dr. Michele McCarthy grew up in the NH seacoast. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology and Speech Science in 1999 and went on to obtain her Master of Science degree in Audiology in 2001. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in 2006. She completed her fellowship at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates in Boston, MA where she was employed from 2001-2005.

She then worked for Keith D. Jorgensen, MD, PA (an Ear, Nose and Throat practice) for fourteen years prior to joining Family ENT in April of 2019.  Dr. McCarthy specializes in diagnostics and hearing aid fittings in patients of all ages.

Dr. McCarthy holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

She and her husband Michael, reside in Auburn, NH with their two children Delaney and Declan.
